Revitalise your spirit!
IESE, ESADE and EADA MBA students are invited to explore one of
Catalunya's most beautiful river valleys during a memorable and safe
outdoor adventure. The session has been developed to create space for
you to reflect on your academic experience and to connect more deeply
with new and old friends.
The MBA Day Outside is an opportunity
to recharge physically and enjoy an outstanding ecological area. The
outdoor journey will take us on a morning hike through beautiful dry
canyons and rock formations before enjoying a lunch break alongside one
of the crystal clear rock pools of the Sant Aniol creek (3h). After
lunch, we will climb a Via Ferratta up a colourful limestone cliff,
safely protected with harness and helmet, to reach a breath-taking
viewpoint over the volcanic landscape of the Alta Garrotxa (2h). An
easy but scenic hike back will round out the day. Participants should
be of decent physical fitness, but no special skills or experience is
required.
The
MBA Day Outside is organised by ActiveEarth Training, an outdoor
learning company with years of experience in the region. The activities
will be facilitated by Charles Donovan (sustainability educator with
10+ years experience as a corporate investment manager) and Korbi Hort
(professional guide and Director of ActiveEath Training). The
facilitation will include time for quiet reflection, meditation and
group discussion.
