France’s beautiful Mediterranean coast is famous for posh cities like St.Tropez or Cannes, but there is also a more laid-back side to it. Hyères, the country’s southernmost seaside town, is a perfect example. Famous with British nobility throughout the 19th century, the small coastal town has preserved a special atmosphere. Blessed with constant sunshine, Hyères is growing palm trees for the rest of Europe.
Moored in a quiet port, close to Hyères, floats our luxury 47-foot catamaran ‘Panasha’. Clear blue waters, white sandy beaches, and beautiful islands off the coast provide the perfect setting for aquatic adventures and exploration. The protected Isle of Porquerolles is covered by a mosaic of vineyards. Olive and citrus trees are edged by towering limestone cliffs and white sandy beaches. Not far along the coast are the white limestone cliffs of the Calanques and the coastal plains of Camargue. The French Sea Alps, covered with snow until May or June, rise in the North.
